Centre Leadership
Siân White – Centre Manager
With over 20 years in Early Childhood Education, Siân values whanaungatanga at the heart of everything we do. She believes that meaningful, reciprocal relationships between tamariki, whānau, and kaiako create a strong foundation of trust and respect, allowing children to flourish and grow with confidence.
Dean Cassidy – Centre Director
Dean brings dedication, passion, and leadership to AEE. With a background in medical sales and strong community ties in Christchurch, he is committed to creating a nurturing and high quality early learning environment for all tamariki and their families.
